| Experience: | I have been a civil personal injury litigator since 1997. I worked as a plaintiff's attorney representing injured parties in products liability, medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury cases from 1997 to 2007. From 2007 to 2023, I was in-house litigation counsel for 2 major insurers. In that role, I represented defendants in civil litigation including personal injury, car accidents, products liability, construction litigation, slip and falls, traumatic brain injuries and a variety of other cases as needed. In the last three years, I have presented CLE courses on mediation and evidentiary requirements for exhibits. |
