The United States District Court for the District of Kansas gives notice of proposed changes to the Local Rules. A redline version of the proposal is available on the District of Kansas website under Local Rules. Printed copies are available at the division offices of the Clerk at Kansas City, Topeka, and Wichita from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal legal holidays. *

Comments may be submitted to the Clerk of Court by email at KSD_RulesComments@ksd.uscourts.gov or at any of the division offices.  All comments must be in writing and received on or before June 10, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. to receive consideration.

*Wichita and Topeka are closed from noon-12:30 for lunch.
