I joined Morris Laing after clerking for the Honorable Patrick F. Kelly of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. In litigation, I represent both plaintiffs and defendants. I am a frequent presenter at seminars, have written numerous articles for professional journals, and provide in-house training and investigations for businesses.

Fee Structure

Rate: $225 per hour for preparation and the mediation itself, typically shared equally by the parties, but can work with the parties on the fee if the cicrumstances warrant the same.
