Mike has worked for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office, represented incarcerated individuals in family law matters, and handled corporate litigation involving riparian rights. He later transitioned to a civil litigation practice with a focus on multi-party class and collective actions, representing clients both regionally and nationwide. Mike has been recognized as a Super Lawyers honoree every year since 2011 for his excellence in litigation.

Fee Structure

Rate:

The parties will share the fees equally unless a different agreement is reached in the mediation. Mediation fees are $425.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum for mediation time.  Fees for multi-party cases are $525.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.  The Mediator’s fees shall be shared equally by the parties unless a different agreement is reached in mediation.  Legal counsel for the parties agrees to guarantee payment of all mediation fees and expenses.  Fees for the mediator’s time spent on this matter beyond four hours will be billed at the hourly rate, along with costs incurred by the Mediator. Mediator shall charge for preparation time, including pre-mediation discussions and material review.  

Mediations cancelled within three (3) days of a reserved session date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $500.00.
