I am only now beginning my practice as a mediator, however, I have been involved in mediation for over thirty years, dating back to some of the first mediations in federal court with Judge Kelly and Magistrate Reed.

I have been a practicing trial attorney since July, 1971, and have first chaired 86 jury trials in my career. My practice has been extremely diverse in that I have handled personal injury, business litigation, employment cases, probate matters, civil rights, products liability, FELA, and even a maritime law case. And, half the time I\\\'ve been on the Plaintiff\\\'s side and the other half on the defense.
