Legal Experience
Experience:
For the past ten years, I served as Assistant General Counsel of Cessna Aircraft. I was responsible for all litigation involving products liability, negligence and contracts related to the single-engine aircraft line. I was also responsible for all employment law, intellectual property and environmental litigation involving Cessna. Prior to that, I was Vice President/General Counsel of an insurance company in Dallas, TX. Prior to that, I was involved in a heavy litigation practice in Oklahoma City, primarily in insurance and tort defense. Prior to that time,I was Chief of the Aviation and Admiralty Law Section of the Air Force JAG in the Pentagon.

Fee Structure
Rate:
I charge $120 per hour for actual mediation time and $60 per hour for file opening, document review, reports to the Court and travel time out of Sedgwick County.
