Civil Litigation Federal, State, and Municipal courts. Recent Federal case against Federal Aviation Administration as a result of an aircraft accident. Retired Air Force JAG (1995) 4yrs active 28yrs reserve - trial lawyer and claims officer I have handled and tried many personal injury cases including medical malpractice cases. I took the case of Coleman v Safeway to the Kansas Supreme Court and changed employment law in Kansas Instructor of ADR President's College 2002 - 2003
