Legal Experience

Since approximately 1998, my practice has focused exclusively on employment matters, including litigation, trials and mediations in cases involving discrimination, harrassment, leave and disability issues, retaliation, wrongful discharge, non-compete agreements and employment contracts. I frequently lecture and train on these topics and have taught numerous courses at UMSL as an adjunct professor. I have also tried employment cases in federal and state court to juries and judges. I have been a shareholder at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. since February 2005 and previously worked at Armstrong Teasdale from 1997 to 2005 as an associate and a partner.

Fee Structure

$280.00 an hour to be divided equally among the parties unless the parties agree otherwise. Ordinary expenses for travel, etc. are charged at actual cost.
