Admitted in 1979; I handle a broad range of commercial litigation and some personal injury litigation. Much of my commercial litigation involves multiple parties. I have served as an arbitrator for the NASD for a number of years, and have also represented classmembers in litigation in relatively small class actions. I have been a presenter at CLE seminars on various topics, including, most recently, technology in litigation and summary judgments in state and federal court.
