I have been a civil trial lawyer since 1977 specializing in business, commercial and tort litigation. My business litigation practice includes contract, partnership, LLC, real estate and commercial transactions, trust/estate and non-compete disputes. I have represented lenders in disputes with borrowers; real estate brokers in disputes with buyers, sellers, lessors and lessees. I have represented parties in breach of warranty claims under the UCC. I have represented parties in patent, trademark and copyright cases. I also represent manufacturers in the defense of product liability case.
