I have practiced law 33 years with extensive civil litigation experience in State and Federal courts in Kansas and Missouri; I have been an ethics investigator for 17 years with the Johnson County, Ks Ethics and Grievance committee; I taught Criminal Procedure two years at the University of Missouri at Kansas City; I regularly give Ethics seminars to the Johnson County Bar; I have handled more than 20 mediations as an attorney, all civil cases ranging from claim size of $28,000 to $11,750,000, all of which settled.
