30+ years of multi-jurisdictional employment litigation, mostly in federal courts. I have been engaged in trial practice since 1977. From 1992 - 2001, I represented mostly plaintiffs. From 2001 - 2003, it was mostly defendants. All toher years are mixed plaintiffs and defendants, about 50/50.

Fee Structure
Rate:
$315 per hour. Lunch and parking are provided for mediations taking place in my law office.
