I have served as counsel in excess of 50 mediations involving employment litigation in over 16 years of practice in Chicago, Boston, and Kansas City and in an in-house capacity for two Fortune 50 companies. Additionally, in my traditional labor practice, I have extensive ADR (negotiation, mediation, and grievance and interest arbitration) experience, including the successful negotiation of over 50 collective bargaining agreements (on occasion with the involvement of FMCS mediators).

Fee Structure
Rate:
Hourly rate -- $250/hour to be divided equally by the parties unless some other arrangement. Reduced rate may be available for matters involving public sector and not for profit entities. Ordinary expenses for travel, etc., are charged at actual cost.
