My entire legal career has been devoted exclusively to dealing with labor and employment matters, with particular emphasis on the resolution of employment disputes. I am a published author and frequent speaker at continuing education programs on topics related to labor and employment law. I began my career as an associate in Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC\'s office in Atlanta, Georgia before returning to my hometown of Kansas City in 1997. After spending several years as an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Group of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP, I was instrumental of the establishment of Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC\'s Kansas City office in 2000. In 2007, I became a principal of Seyferth Blumenthal & Harris LLC.

Fee Structure
Rate:
$395 hourly, plus expenses. Four hour minimum. No travel time charged for mediations conducted in a three-hour driving radius of Kansas City or for travel time outside of normal business hours.
