In 30 years as a practicing lawyer, I have litigated cases in federal and state courts across the country and have mediated cases with the nation's most broadly known and widely used mediators, including Judge Erving, Jonathan Marks, Tony Piazza, and Eric Green. I was lead counsel for the Special Litigation Committe of the J.C. Nichols Company in the mediation successfully conducted by Judge Lungstrum. I have taught at seminars produced by the Banking Law Institute, the Louisiana Bankers Association, the Missouri Bar, and the Wichita Bar Association. I am the author of the Director and Officer Liability Insurance chapter of Missouri Insurance Practice treatise.
