The Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Judicial Conference of the United States has submitted a draft of proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy, Criminal Procedure and Evidence. Holiday Closure - October 28th, 2009
The Clerk's Office will be closed on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. CM/ECF will remain available for electronic filings during the holiday closures.
