Effective immediately, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas has raised the CM/ECF brief and attachment size limit for PDFs from 10 MB to 30 MB. Effective May 1, 2013, there is a new $50 general administrative fee for filing a civil action, suit, or proceeding in a district court.
