We are pleased to announce that the Honorable William G. Young of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts will be joining us as a featured speaker for a Fall CLE program co-sponsored by the KCMBA Federal Courts Advocate Section and U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
Judge Young will be speaking on a range of topics regarding current trends in federal jury trials, including his handling of the tobacco cases in the Middle District of Florida and the cause and consequences of the disappearing civil trial, followed by a panel discussion with lawyers and judges. The program will be followed by a short food and wine reception at 4:15.
