Register now for the 2016 District of Kansas Open Doors for Summer Associates Event!
WELCOME: The United States District Court for the District of Kansas welcomes summer associates, law students and interns to meet our judges and law clerks, tour our courthouses and observe courtroom proceedings. Topeka's Open Doors event will be from 10:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on June 16. We begin with a law clerk panel discussion. Participants then eat lunch (which is provided) with District of Kansas judges, who will share practice pointers and answer participant questions. After lunch, we tour the courthouse. The tour will conclude by 2 p.m., and participants may stay after the tour to observe courtroom proceedings, if any are scheduled.
