iCalendar Feeds

The following URLs give you the option to import and view the events listed in this calendar directly in any application that supports the iCalendar format. This will allow you to see court events side-by-side with whatever events you have in your personal calendar.

All Events:
http://www.ksd.uscourts.gov/ksd_calendar/ical

Includes all events listed in the calendar.

Kansas City:
http://www.ksd.uscourts.gov/ksd_calendar/ical/kc

Includes events listed in the calendar that do not occur in Topeka or Wichita.

Topeka:
http://www.ksd.uscourts.gov/ksd_calendar/ical/topeka

Includes events listed in the calendar that do not occur in Kansas City or Wichita.

Wichita:
http://www.ksd.uscourts.gov/ksd_calendar/ical/wichita

Includes events listed in the calendar that do not occur in Kansas City or Topeka.

Note: In most cases simply clicking on a link above and opening the file in your calendar application will not create a complete feed; it will only import the current list of events and never update afterwards. If you want the events to periodically update you must add the feed directly in your desired application. Instructions for adding a feed in some of the more common supported applications are listed below.

IBM Lotus Notes 8.5

While viewing your calendar, in the left pane, click Add a Calendar....

Select iCalendar feed under the Add section in the pop-up dialog.

Make sure A public calendar (A URL is needed) is checked, enter in an appropriate *Label, and copy and paste one of the desired feeds above into the *URL field.

Modify any other settings as desired and click OK. The new calendar entry will appear in the Show Calendars list.

Once the feed is successfully downloaded, the events will be displayed in the calendar along with all your other events.

Microsoft Outlook 2010

While viewing your calendar, in the top menu select Open Calendar, and click From Internet....

In the pop-up dialog, copy and paste one of the desired feeds above into the available field and click OK.

Once added, the calendar will appear in your list of Other Calendars.

And when viewed, the events will be shown in their own calendar along side all your other events.

Google Calendar

While logged in to Google Calendar, in the top right click on the settings gear and select Settings.

Select the Calendars tab.

Under Other Calendars half way down the page on the right side, click on Browse interesting calendars.

Up in the top right of the screen under More Tools select Add by URL.

In the pop-up dialog, copy and paste one of the desired feeds above into the URL field and click Add Calendar.

Once added the calendar will appear in your list of Other Calendars that you are subscribed to and the events will be displayed in the calendar along with all your other events.

Apple Calendar (iPhone/iPad)

Under your phone settings scroll down and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Under Accounts select Add Account....

Scroll down and select Other.

Under Calendars, select Add Subscribed Calendar.

Enter one of the desired URLs above exactly into the Server field and click Next.

After successfully verifying select Save.

Upon saving, the calendar will be added to your list of Accounts.

And the court events will now be listed side-by-side with your other events in the calendar application.
